Registration

The registration fee is inclusive of the registration kit and meals, it does not include accommodation charges. Accommodation is available against a charge (further details are available on the Accommodations page). REFUNDS OR CHANGES IN THE REGISTRATION AMOUNT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Participants can register for poster presentation (for all), oral presentation (for faculty & industry professionals), or  flash talk (for students and post-docs).

While registering as presenter, please keep your abstract ready for submission. The abstract should not exceed 250 words or 1350 characters (including spaces and punctuations).

The Flash Talk format includes both a brief oral presentation and a separate poster presentation. Each participant will have 5 minutes to present their work, with the Q&A session taking place during the poster component. The poster will be displayed during the designated poster session. You will be notified of your selection for the oral presentation portion by February 10, 2025. Regardless of whether you are selected for the oral presentation, you are guaranteed a poster presentation.

Faculty, scientists and industry professionals are invited register for a 20-minute oral presentation with 15 minutes allocated for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Selection of abstract for presentation will be confirmed by February 07, 2025.

Please ensure that your poster is sized A0 in portrait orientation. If you're concerned about the convenience of traveling with your poster, you can choose to pick up your printed poster at the IIT Hyderabad Convention Center. Simply email tlc@iith.ac.in your poster in PDF format, along with proof of payment (₹ 1000 for A0 size), at least one week in advance, and enjoy a hassle-free travel experience!
