On-campus Accommodation

Hostel accommodations for  Students and Post-Docs

1. Information related to availing accommodation on-campus will only be shared with participants who have expressed the preference for the same while registering

2. Hostel rooms are available for students and post-docs against a charge at IIT Hyderabad campus

At IIT Hyderabad: Hostel room are available from February 27 to March 02, 2025 against a charge of ₹350/- (inclusive of GST) per day per participant, including the room (with a desk, bed and cupboard) and bedding (mattress, pillow, bedsheet and blanket)

3. Rooms will be booked based on availability and a first come, first served basis

4. REFUNDS OR CHANGES TO ROOM ALLOTMENT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED

Guest house accommodations for  Faculties, Scientists & Industry professionals

1. Information related to availing accommodation on-campus will only be shared with participants who have expressed the preference for the same while registering

2. Guest house rooms will be booked against a charge according to the preferences expressed in the accommodation form and availability

At IIT Hyderabad: Rooms will be reserved from February 27 to March 02, 2025. Registered individuals can avail the booking on payment at the International Guest House reception in-person while carrying a valid ID proof. Current guest house tariff is as follows:

IIT Hyderabad Guest House Charge Sheet

The charges are inclusive of a complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be arranged on request at least an hour before meal service, however the service is only available at additional charges

The guest house follows a 24-hour check-in policy

3. Rooms will be reserved based on availability and a first come, first served basis
